Calvin just finished transplanting the rapini in the tunnel. It is our first time growing it so I am not sure how long from now until it is ready.

ReplyDeleteRapini is so tasty - sauteed with garlic, hot peppers and lemon juice, yum. We harvest it until the flowers are opening.
