Recipe blog

I have just created a recipe space for sharing. If you want to be added as an authour for the recipe site - let me know so you can enter posts on the site.

  2. Here's my version of rhubarb sauce - Rhubarb & Ginger :
    1 lb rhubarb cut into 3" lengths
    4 slices ginger,cut into matchstick strips.
    1/4 cup sugar
    a little lemon
    Put ginger into saucepan with sugar & lemon juice & slowly melt sugar over low heat. Add rhubarb & cook slowly fo 10 mins. (covered)
    Enjoy with frozen vanilla yogurt!
