Family Farm Day

Sunday - 2 -4 PM Rain or Shine - farm visit day.

Please bring weather appropriate attire. If it rains we can still walk about and check out the crops, greenhouse and new farm stay.

Bring the kids, the kites, the friends, the grandparents.

We will just walk, talk and enjoy the farm.

Bring your own cup/mug for some coffee, tea or cider.

  1. Loved the selection today. Have already used the 'kraut and potatoes, along with the apples left from last week, cider from Noggins and Sausage from Meadowbrook in a skillet supper.(Thanks for posting what we are getting/helpful, though I don't mind the odd surprise, like the tom. sauce!)Also, thanks for cutting up the turnip -- made it easier for cutting into strips to eat raw. We are getting two shares, and find it just about right for our family of 5 ( 2 adults, and three children ages 8,11,13, and aren't tiny eaters -- we go through 10lbs in carrots on average in a winter week!)The only things we had leftover from the first week was a bag of sprouts,4 apples, and a few potatoes, as we had bought Honeycrisp apples and potatoes from Noggins the Monday before share day.
