Lots of nettles

Get ready for some stinging nettle soup next week:) We are fortunate to have such an endless supply of the green.



Calvin just finished transplanting the rapini in the tunnel. It is our first time growing it so I am not sure how long from now until it is ready.

    Rapini is so tasty - sauteed with garlic, hot peppers and lemon juice, yum. We harvest it until the flowers are opening.
